Weapons Policy

1. Hempfest is a peaceful event. No Weapons are allowed at Hempfest.
2. No Guns, No Fixed Blade Knives.
3. Pocket knives (3-1/2 " or smaller) are OK.
4. Exceptions limited to Seattle Police and Port Police

Controlled Substances Policy

1. Hempfest supports all lawful medical marijuana use.
2. Sales of any illegal substances are unlawful
3. Sales of any pot laced food (like brownies) are unlawful.
4. The Seattle Police and Port Police will be on-site.

Nudity Policy

1. Genital nudity is prohibited at Hempfest.
