Seattle Hempfest Food Vendor Application

Food Vending is closed for 2009. If you would like to submit your application for 2010, then please complete the Food Vending Application below so we have your information on file.

Food vending spaces are priced based on the amount of frontage space you request:
10' of frontage space=$1500
15' of frontage space=$1800
20' of frontage space=$2100

We still offer a $200 discount to those offering food containing hemp.

Food containing active cannabis is prohibited and sale of such will result in removal from the event, and potentially denial of future food vending applications.

Food Vendors are chosen based on the following:
1. Seniority. Returning Food Vendors in good standing with Hempfest will be considered for placement first.
2. Hemp. Hemp food vendors are highly encouraged.
3. Menu. Menu. We strive to not duplicate menus, and to represent a broad spectrum of cuisine.
4. Experience. Hempfest Food Vendors are required to meet all permitting & insurance requirements as set forth by the City, Port and County in order to vend at Hempfest. Vendors and their representatives are expected to uphold the highest safety standards.
5. Culture. We celebrate alternative cultures. We appreciate food vendors that do as well.
