Seattle Hempfest happens thanks to a volunteer core staff of one hundred twenty (120) working year-round and an additional one thousand (1,000) volunteering through the week of our event. Over forty distinct crews synergize to produce the largest pot rally on the planet. The energy created by this activist family is amazing, and we invite you to be a part of it!
If you need help, contact the staffing crew at staff2010@hempfest.org. We need Volunteers from August 16th through the 25th, day and night. Email us to get on the HFStaff notification list!
Don't forget! We're counting on you to show up for the shifts you signed up for, and you can change your shifts by logging in.
REMEMBER to bring your Photo ID with you to Staff Check-In.
The following crews accept general volunteers. Most of our crews are small families, and over the years many of our public crews transform into internal crews when they reach adequate, competent staffing levels. We encourage new volunteers to pick a few crews your first year, with an eye to finding your "sweet spot" -- that one crew in which you find joy and function well.
