With thousands of people converging on a mile-long waterfront park in the heart of Seattle, Seattle Hempfest is the world's largest rally of its kind and a major Seattle institution (with a proven 19-year track record of positive relationship with many City departments), providing Sponsors with tremendous exposure to their brand and products, at the fraction of the cost of similar festivals.
2010 Sponsorship Packages
Our various levels of sponsorships range from $1,000 (for a program ad and logo placements) to $20,000 (for our Presenting sponsorship with banners on all stages and double-booth on sponsor row). They have been updated in 2010 to reflect our growth, in costs but also in exposure, with our 2 day Festival and our year-round membership network and events!
Here are the various benefits at each level:
- $1,000 Base Sponsorship, for entry-level Ads & Logos and Banner placement on a secondary stage
- $2,000 Core Sponsorship, same as above with larger Ads, a Booth at the event, and inclusion on our Poster
- $4,000 Stage Sponsorship, same as above with even larger Ads, a double booth, top banner placement on your sponsored stage, and extra exposure in our program, on our web site, and to our member community
- $6,000 Main Stage Sponsorship, same as above with Full page Ad, extra booth placement on Sponsor row, top banner placement on Main Stage
- $12,000 Full Event Sponsorship, same as above with Banners on all 6 Stages, double sponsor-row booth, extra Ads and Features in the program, Web Homepage placement and more
- $20,000 Presenting Sponsorship ("XYZ Presents Seattle Hempfest"), same as Event Sponsorship + Presenting title on our Entry Banner, Program, WebSite, Poster and print/radio Advertisements
Sponsor exposure
Our various sponsorship packages reward our sponsors with exposure to our Event attendance, Online visitors and Advertising market, through many avenues:
At the event (Aug 21-22, 2010)
- Stage banners, on any of our 6 stages (featuring renown musicians & speakers), are only available to our sponsors, with premium placement for our top sponsors;
- Sponsor booths, on a premium placement around any stage, like our sponsor row, a water-side vending space ideally located tween the food court and Main Stage
- Call-outs from our MCs, on all 6 stages
- VIP passes and special sponsor memorabilia (collector shirts and posters)
In our program, printed on full-color glossy paper, distributed throughout the event, and designed with a magazine look & feel (& content) that extends its shelf life well beyond the Event itself

In addition, Sponsors get the personal service of a dedicated sponsor rep throughout the event, working to ensure that they have a smooth and enjoyable Hempfest. Our top sponsors also get VIP backstage passes, a coveted perk for a chance to meet top-tier staff, artists, speakers, and our movement's movers and shakers.
For those who get a sponsor booth, our crew will also acquire and set up their canopy so they don't have to. And Sponsors also get unique collectors posters, and collectors tee-shirts to bring back home from this memorable week-end.
