Welcome to the official website of the Seattle Hempfest, one of the
largest Hemp/Marijuana policy reform events in America. We are working
full time to become the most socially responsible, sophisticated and
unbiased political rally of our kind. Our goal is simple...to inspire
people worldwide to stand up and become active in ending the injustice,
hypocricy and U.S. national disgrace commonly referred to as the War On
Drugs.

As adults in a free society we demand the right to make our own educated
and informed choices on what we use as medicine, industry and
recreation.
Our current national policies rob us of our historic cultural
heritage regarding the Cannabis plant and it's extensive list of
positive
uses. Under current laws decent and procuctive citizens are being
criminalized and incarcerated for posing no threat to society
whatsoever.
We seek to replace this assault on freedom with an all out war on
addiction and abuse. We will work relentlessly to to win the
opportunity
to enjoy the economic, industrial and spiritual uses of the
Hemp/Marrijuana plant, a plant that has not killed a single person in
thousands of years.

incarcerated
for the possession, use, cultivation and sale of the cannabis plant,
