Seattle Hempfest '97 is, as always, free to the public.

The Berlin Hanf Parade happened in virtual tandem to our Seattle Hempfest.

As part of the lengthy negotiations to secure the necessary City of Seattle Special Event Permit to hold the 1997 Seattle Hempfest, the producers of the event agreed to post the following in publicity materials (including this website) and on signs at the entrance to the event.

No alcohol
No weapons
No controlled substances
No glass containers
No fireworks
No unauthorized vending

Seattle parks are designated "Drug Free Zones"; people convicted of delivering, or intent to deliver a controlled substance in a City Park may face severe additional monetary penalties and incarceration.

All City Parks regulations and local, state, and federal laws still apply and will be actively enforced.
