The Seattle Hempfest is proud to present a new and dynamic element; a groundbreaking Hempfest Fashion Show, directed by designer Maria Carr, on the Friday evening prior to Hempfest.

  Doors open at 8:00pm, Show starts at 9:00pm
  Friday, August 22nd, 1997.
• WHERE:
  Catwalk Club, 172 South Washington,
  Pioneer Square, Seattle, Washington.
• WHO:
  Ten Northwest designers include: Maria Carr, K.D. Schill, Rafaell Soto, and Grun Gear. Companies being represented include Fremont Hemp, Manastash, Island Hemp, Crop Circle, and Two Star Dog. Seattle's own HPX Presents will provide visual candy throughout the evening, with soundscapes presented by DJ Cactus and guests.

  To educate the fashion industry and the general public to the many varied and exciting uses of hemp textiles in an extraordinary environment.
